As a regional tourism matching platform that connects tourists with local guides and partner stores, TomoTrip provides the following services.

| Payment timing for tourists | Payment is made at the time the booking is finalized or at the point shown on the payment screen. |
| Payment timing to guides | After the guide service is completed, following TomoTrip's prescribed confirmation and settlement procedures, payment is in principle transferred to the registered account within 5 business days. |

Cancellation by the guide
If a booking is cancelled due to the guide's circumstances, the tourist will in principle receive a full refund or a proposed alternative guide. A penalty or usage restriction prescribed by TomoTrip may be applied to the guide.
Weather, disasters, transport disruptions, etc.
If the service is difficult to provide due to typhoons, severe weather, natural disasters, suspension of transport, or other unavoidable circumstances, a change of date, an alternative plan, a refund, or similar measures will be decided after consultation.
Digital services / listing services
For digital services such as guide registration, partner store listing, advertising, and social media support, refunds are in principle not provided after the service has begun. However, where an individual contract provides otherwise, the terms of that contract take precedence.

Governing law and jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, Japanese law shall be the governing law, and the Naha District Court or the Naha Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
