Prohibited acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited. If a violation is confirmed, we may apply measures such as feature restrictions, suspension of listings, account suspension, or removal of registration.

• Unlawful acts: Acts that violate laws, public order and morals, or our terms, and any other unlawful acts.
• No sexual services, sexual contact, or sexual solicitation: Providing, requesting, or arranging sexual services, sexual contact, sexual solicitation, or any similar acts. TomoTrip is a service for tourism experiences and does not permit use for any such purposes.
• No personal dating or meeting purposes: Using the Service for the purpose of personal dating or meeting people, beyond the scope of the sightseeing guide service.
• No direct on-site payment: Requesting or accepting direct on-site payment (whether in cash, electronic money, or otherwise) instead of using the Service's in-app payment.
• No external payment: Circumventing the Service's in-app payment by sending or receiving fees through external payment or money-transfer methods.
• No external transactions or bypassing: Users who get to know each other through the Service booking or transacting directly without going through TomoTrip, or directing others to external channels such as LINE, phone, social media, or email.
• No nuisance or harmful behavior: Aggressive solicitation, harassment, discriminatory speech, violent behavior, or infringement of the rights or interests of third parties.
• No fraudulent acts: Registering or posting false information, impersonation, unauthorized access, operating without required licenses, carrying out regulated activities without permits, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
