TomoTrip Sponsor Store Advertising Terms (English)

These Sponsor Store Advertising Terms (the "Terms") set out the basic rules that apply when a partner store (each, a "Partner Store") registered with TomoTrip (the "Service") uses store listings, advertising, SNS introductions, guide-driven visits, the store announcement feature, listing suspension, or cancellation requests.
Please read these Terms together with the TomoTrip Terms of Service, Guide Activity Terms, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and the Legal Notice. Specific handling may be determined individually based on the application content, the pricing plan, and the results of confirmation by the TomoTrip operations team.
These Terms set out the basic rules that apply when a Partner Store registered with the Service uses store listings, advertising, SNS introductions, guide-driven visits, and the store announcement feature. By using the Service, Partner Stores agree to these Terms.
To register as a Partner Store, you must provide information that the Service considers necessary, including store name, address, contact details, person in charge, store information, and the content to be listed.
The TomoTrip operations team will review the submitted content and decide whether the listing can be accepted. As part of this review, you may be asked to provide additional information.
Stores or listed content that do not comply with applicable laws, public order and morals, or the Service's policies may be declined.
Partner Stores shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the content listed on the Service — such as store name, business hours, address, menu, photos, videos, and campaign information — is accurate.
If any of the listed content changes, please update it promptly via the management screen or notify the TomoTrip operations team.
Posting false information, misleading expressions, or expressions that suggest excessive guarantees of results is prohibited.
The Service may introduce information about Partner Stores through the Service's website, app, social media, short videos, LINE, flyers, and other media.
However, TomoTrip does not guarantee advertising results, listing position, the number of times a listing is displayed, views, store visits, sales, social media views, or reactions.
The actual effect of advertising and introductions may vary depending on the season, area, store content, and tourist trends. Please understand this in advance.
Guides registered with the Service may introduce Partner Stores to tourists as part of their guidance or local introductions.
However, the Service does not guarantee that every guide will introduce a Partner Store, that any specific number of tourists will visit the store, or that store visits will result in sales.
Introductions by guides are made based on the guide's own judgment, the tourists' preferences, the day's itinerary, and safety considerations.
Partner Stores may, where available, post campaigns, changes to business hours, new menu items, event information, and similar updates on the Service.
Posted content may be subject to review by the TomoTrip operations team. Content judged to be inappropriate may be edited, hidden, or removed.
Listing fees, advertising fees, system usage fees, and similar charges for Partner Stores are based on the pricing plan separately set by the Service.
Where free first-month offers, limited-time campaigns, listing plans, or billing start dates apply, the information presented at the time of application or shown on the management screen will take precedence.
Consumption tax may be charged separately on the above fees.
Payment methods, billing timing, and payment deadlines follow the details separately communicated by the Service.
A Partner Store may request consultation or apply for listing suspension, a temporary pause, or cancellation through the management screen or by contacting the TomoTrip operations team.
Listing suspension, pause, or cancellation requests are not processed automatically. They will be handled after the TomoTrip operations team confirms the content of the request, and stoppage may be arranged from the next billing cycle.
During the listing period, the listing may, in principle, continue to be displayed.
We also welcome consultations about resuming a listing after cancellation. Conditions, timing, and pricing for resumption will be communicated individually.
When using the Service, Partner Stores must not engage in any of the following acts:
Photos, videos, logos, store information, and other materials provided by a Partner Store to the Service may be used by TomoTrip for the purposes of Service operation, advertising, SNS introductions, flyer production, and the creation of store profile pages.
Partner Stores represent and warrant that they hold the necessary rights to, or have obtained the necessary permissions for, any materials they provide.
If any infringement of third-party rights arises in connection with the provided materials, the Partner Store shall handle it in good faith.
TomoTrip may suspend, hide, or remove a listing if the listed content is inappropriate, fees are overdue, the store cannot be contacted, the Partner Store violates these Terms, or the store does not align with the Service's policies.
Where TomoTrip judges that the situation is urgent, such measures may be taken without prior notice.
TomoTrip does not guarantee advertising results, store visits, sales, the number of inquiries, social media reactions, or any other specific business outcome for a Partner Store through advertising, store introductions, SNS introductions, or guide-driven visits.
TomoTrip will provide reasonable support for any issues that arise between tourists, guides, and Partner Stores, but TomoTrip does not compensate for all damages or disputes.
TomoTrip may change these Terms as needed.
Any change takes effect when the updated Terms are posted on the Service's app or website.
Where reasonably possible, TomoTrip will notify Partner Stores of important changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of TomoTrip's operations shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
